QA Intern — iOS & Web

About AI Fashion Week

AI Fashion Week (aifashionweek.ai) is a social commerce platform where AI-native fashion meets real runways. Designers and models build portfolios, drop collections, and go live; shoppers discover and buy through livestreams, reels, and Jini — our AI shopping stylist. We're a small hands-on team backed by NVIDIA Inception and AWS Activate, headquartered in Palo Alto with our flagship live event in Rome this September.

The Role

Own end-to-end quality across the AIFW iOS app and aifashionweek.ai — auth, chat (beaming), livestream, checkout, and the cross-platform seams between them, ahead of our App Store launch and Rome live event. Every release candidate crosses your desk before it crosses a user's screen.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and extend our manifest-driven test suites (every feature has an ID, an assertion, and evidence)
  • Hunt edge cases: expired tokens, offline states, double-submits, suspended accounts, cross-surface parity (a message sent on web must behave on iOS, and vice versa)
  • File reproducible bug reports with logs and screen captures — root cause welcomed, vague reports rejected
  • Regression-test every release candidate across devices and viewports (incl. 390px mobile web)
  • Stress-test live: livestream chat under load, payments in test mode, real-device beaming

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on testing experience with consumer mobile or web apps (coursework, open source, or shipped projects all count)
  • Comfort with iOS TestFlight builds and browser devtools
  • Methodical documentation habits — our bar is "evidence or it didn't happen"
  • Available for pre-launch crunch windows (App Store submission, live event coverage)

Nice to Have

  • Playwright or XCUITest experience; payments/Stripe test-mode familiarity; livestream/chat platform testing

Small team, high ownership, ship-daily culture. Everything we build is verified before it's called done. You'll work directly with the founder. Remote-friendly; Palo Alto optional.
