This is an unpaid internship. You get real production ownership on a live platform, direct mentorship from the founder, public credit for what you ship, and a reference that reflects it. Strong interns are first in line as roles convert to paid positions as the platform scales.
Remote / Palo Alto · Unpaid Internship
Own AIFW's short-form voice across reels, live-event coverage, and social channels.
- Produce 3–5 short-form vertical videos per week (reels, teasers, recaps) in our editorial visual language
- Cover live moments: runway drops, livestream highlights, behind-the-scenes
- Write hooks and captions that convert viewers into platform signups — you own that funnel number
- Work within our brand system (Cormorant Garamond / League Spartan) and help evolve it
- Track what performs and iterate — you own the content analytics loop end to end
Remote / Palo Alto · Unpaid Internship
Debug and harden Jini, our AI shopping stylist, from prompt to product card.
- Debug and fix agent failures: tool-call errors, retrieval misses, hallucinated or empty results, latency spikes
- Improve retrieval quality over our MongoDB product catalog (filters, ranking, zero-result handling)
- Write catch-proof tests: every fix ships with a test that would have caught the bug
- Extend the agent graph (LangGraph JS) toward roadmap tools: availability, cart handoff, proactive livestream product pushes
- Instrument and read production traces — diagnose from logs, never guess
Remote · Unpaid Internship
Break things across the full AIFW platform before our users do.
- Execute and extend our manifest-driven test suites (every feature has an ID, an assertion, and evidence)
- Hunt edge cases: expired tokens, offline states, double-submits, suspended accounts, cross-surface parity (a message sent on web must behave on iOS, and vice versa)
- File reproducible bug reports with logs and screen captures — root cause welcomed, vague reports rejected
- Regression-test every release candidate across devices and viewports (incl. 390px mobile web)
- Stress-test live: livestream chat under load, payments in test mode, real-device beaming
Rome (in-person / hybrid) · Unpaid Internship
Recruit and onboard independent Roman designers and ateliers for the September 18 runway and the AIFW platform.
- Research and shortlist ateliers by neighborhood (Monti, Trastevere, Prati, Centro Storico, Testaccio and beyond)
- Run first-touch outreach by Instagram DM, email, and in-person visits
- Pitch AIFW: a live-shopping runway show plus a platform storefront
- Book studio visits for the Head of AIFW Rome
- Walk designers through /apply/designer (instant storefront, Instagram and website only) and get their first products uploaded
Rome (in-person heavy) · Unpaid Internship
Source, cast, and onboard models for the September 18 Rome runway and the AIFW Models surface.
- Build the Rome casting list: agencies, freelance and new faces, fashion-school talent, Instagram
- Run outreach and handle replies
- Organize the casting call and the fitting schedule at or near Satyrus
- Walk models through /apply/model (instant model profile, Instagram only) and get their first portfolio pictures and reels uploaded to our content standard (full-length and portrait, single subject, face visible)
- Collect measurements, availability, consent and release forms (templates provided)
